Amine el Bacha is an artist working in oils, watercolour, pastels or gouache, with a predilection for painted wood. The bold black ink outlines of his drawings are often filled in with soft watercolours. In the mid-1990s, El Bacha stayed at Darat al Funun several times, giving workshops on drawing and watercolour. He produced a series of joint drawings with Ali Maher and with Rajwa Bint Ali.
