New York-based Palestinian artist Samia Halaby will talk about her work and life as a leading painter and independent scholar, who has been active in the New York art scene since the 1970s. She published her first book, ‘Liberation Art of Palestine: Palestinian Painting and Sculpture in the Second Half of the 20th Century’ in 2001. The talk will be in Arabic.
