Director Amal Ramsis started filming in the streets of Cairo three months before the January 25th uprising. Hiding from the eyes of the police, she took shelter in the homes of friends and acquaintances, whom we see discussing acts, thoughts, ideas, books and films typically forbidden in Egypt. While exploring the idea of society as both the inhibitor and facilitator of the forbidden in her film, the revolution arrives on the last day of editing. The film is in Arabic with English subtitles.
