For the past two years, London-based artists Corinne Silva and Eva Sajovic have been collaborating on work exploring human-plant relationships. The artists invited participants to two practical workshops, working alongside them to gather research and share stories and experiences about some of the edible plant species found in Darat al Funun’s unique garden. Over the two sessions participants contributed to a multi-layered map of the garden, intertwining scientific and personal narratives relating to specific plants, and reflecting on what the future might hold for the plants of the region.
