This talk accompanies the exhibition In That Same Hour, where Raed Ibrahim’s latest work, Remnants That Continue, is currently on view. Drawing on the questions opened up by the exhibition, Ibrahim reflects on the role of the artist, and of the artwork itself within realities marked by rupture and uncertainty. It probes what artistic practice can mean today, and how it absorbs, carries, and responds to the demands of the present moment.
