Ahmad Zatari was part of the Darat al Funun team from 2012-2018. He is a writer and editor, and was the co-founder of music criticism blog ma3azef.com.

Ahmad's essay "Exercises on the Right to Narrate and Remember" was published in Darat al Funun's publication Emily Jacir: A star is as far as the eye can see and as near as my eye is to me (2015).
