Ahmad Ameen is a scriptwriter with a background in cultural management and film digital-archiving. His work experience includes MMAG foundation, Makan art space and the Royal Film Commission. He is the founder of the Arab Film Archive project. Before joining the Darat al Funun team in early 2022, Ahmad managed a free screening facility for the children of Zaatari camp in Mafraq, Jordan.
