Nahnou Together Workshop for Children
On our “Falastin al Hadara” program

15-26 July 2017 | Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday

We present a workshop for children aged 7-14, exploring our current exhibitions “Desert Soundscapes” by Ammar Khammash, Karimeh Abbud (Palestine 1893-1940) - the first Arab woman photographer, and “Speak Oh Bird”, which all form part of our 2017 Falastin al Hadara program.

This workshop aims to engage participants with the exhibition artworks to encourage discourse on art and to introduce methods of artistic expression, analyzing and understanding artistic techniques and approaches.

The “Nahnou Together” program was launched by the British Council in 2006 in Jordan, Syria, the United Kingdom, in collaboration with the Tate in London. The program brings together specialists, artists, curators, and trainers with young people through both face to face and internet exchanges and dialogue.
